In work, a loyal employee will be dedicated to the company and will not do anything that harms the company's interests. Loyalty builds trust and strengthens relationships. A loyal person is someone we can rely on and trust, and they are highly valued by others. However, loyalty should not be blind; we should be loyal to what is right and moral.​
